The customer service is consistently friendly and attentive, with staff members like Katie making the experience enjoyable. Although my vanilla shake was missing Oreos and I was puzzled about the sprinkles blending policy, the food quality and cleanliness, along with fast service, make it a great choice for ice cream treats.

I recently had a delightful experience at a drive-thru where I was served by Katie, who provided exceptional customer service and made my visit enjoyable despite it being close to closing time. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and ensured that my needs were met, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was efficient, making it a place I would gladly return to.
