Horrible. May 30 th 2025. Ordered a large Strawberry Sundae with extra whipped cream, extra strawberries and nuts also a snickers blizzard it didn't have snickers in it. Had to go back because they said my card wouldn't work on their machine. It was not declined. The man in back of me had the same problem and had to go to ATM for cash. I went back to get my order and it wasn't at all what I ordered. Im severly handicapped and now they don't answer there phone I can't get anyone to answer the phone b on Berkshire #15 in Crystal Lake, illinois
