I use to work at Dublin pub and i know the difference between grilled chicken and breaded chicken and I brought it back and the bartender and he told me it was breaded chicken but when I got back it was clearly grilled . So either they’re lazy for not remaking just get it right the first time . And this is the 2nd time happening.

The food is good. The service varies. The quality is good. Portions are average

Sometimes we end up there on Sundays when we are dying for a pony shoe but Darcys is closed. I am always disappointed. The service is always sub par and so is the food. Its not horrible, its just not good. The fries taste like they were done in older grease. The cheese sauce is very similar to Darcys but not nearly as good. It's just ...ok. Always feel like I'm settling when I go here. Don't order the sweet tea its awful.

Aweful service, aweful food, aweful management. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Entitled might be. Go there only if you want to ruin a perfectly good night.

Went there because they advertise that they serve the "Pasta House" salad. We love the Pasta House which is currently closed, so we were happy to find this. Actual dining room was dark, window blinds were filthy. Server was nice and prompt. We had the all you can eat - "Pasta House" salad and soup, now called the JAR salad. It was NOTHING like the Pasta House salad. Too much vinegar, so dark in the room you could hardly tell artichokes from mushroom pieces. The loaded potato soup was ok, too much onion(free dried), bacon (hard pieces), and crap on top. My husband tried the "JAR" chili -- horrible. Mostly chili powder, grease, and chunks of meat. He did not eat it.
In short, a disappointment, will never go again.

I had been to Dublin Pub when they were located on MacArthur and thought the food was good. Last night I went to the new location and was extremely disappointed. They should change the name. I saw more Mexican food being served than anything else on the menu. I ordered the asparagus appetizer and it was cold in the middle (it had to be sent back to be heated). Then I ordered the corn beef and cabbage, and was told they were out of boiled potatoes (how can an "Irish" restaurant be out of boiled potatoes? The cabbage was flash fried, although very good it did not taste like cabbage at all. The corn beef was SHAVED and had the quality of lunch meat.

Good food, abysmal service.
Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged with a "come on" to be seated.
Waited 10 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order.
Order was correct and food was very good.
Sat with an empty drink for over 5 minutes twice. Needed someone to track down our waiter for the check after waiting 10 minutes for any sign of him.
Even got the joy of hearing one of the waitresses say, "Not my problem. It's not my table" in reference to another table. Hopefully they can figure out how to treat customers better or it will be yet another failed restaurant in that location.

My family and I have eaten here many times. The food has always been great and the service is friendly. It is a nice atmosphere
