You won't believe how amazing the roasted chicken is here; it's juicy and flavorful, thanks to the secret brine or seasoning the owner uses. They do takeout, so you can enjoy it with beans, rice, tortillas, and some killer salsa and roasted jalapeños on the side-trust me, you won't need any extra sauce, but the mole is a great addition if you want it.
