I have eaten at Minerva 100+ times. It is my favorite restaurant in the Rockville/Gaithersburg/Bethesda area. Lunch buffet is the great bargain. There are many choices available every day when the buffet is available. This will wait until after the Covid-19 business, of course. For an everyday restaurant, this is my very first choice of where to go. Dinner is also good, but not with the same value for money, nor with the same variety available, as with lunch.
