I found this website, and saw the negative reviews for Family House Restaurant, and I just want to say that every time I've gone there, I've had a wonderful experience. It's one of the few places my family repeatedly goes to :)

we went there for my daughters birthday dinner i orderd a chicken salad sandwich took on e bite and a long hair was in my mouth i pulled it out and went to the restroom the waitress came to the table and when i came out i asked for the manager she ignored me so we paid and left never will i go there again so rude .

This establishment is one of the worst I've been to. I was dealing with the manager one when they were actually busy, and he was one of the biggest jerks I've ever dealt with. I am hoping Family House shuts down. They are horrible and the food honestly is mediocre at best!
