Dining at Fogo de Chao for a birthday celebration was a memorable experience thanks to the warm and attentive service from Carlitos Elvir, who made us feel truly welcomed. The variety at the salad bar was impressive, and the meat, especially the garlic tenderloin, was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Although the restaurant was quite busy and a bit noisy on a Saturday evening, the delicious food and friendly atmosphere made it a family-friendly outing that we're eager to repeat.
