I recently ordered dinner from Fortune House for my family and me. The variety of dishes we tried were all satisfying, and the portions were generous. The prices were reasonable, and the service was consistently quick and efficient. Overall, a great option for Chinese cuisine takeout.

Terrible service, order was wrong. They said I'd get a credit for my next order. Couldn't eat what was sent. They don't have to worry about a credit, I'll never order from them again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered delivery from there and my 13 yr old son answered the door and their delivery man shouts "What the F-CK is taking you so long, hurry the F-CK up, I have 5 other deliveries to make!" Then when I make an appearance to the door, he immediately appologizes and runs off to his car! That was over 1 month ago, we are still awaiting a call from the store owner!

I've liked this place for years, driving a little farther to pick up from there before I happened to move closer. Always friendly service, and good Chinese food -- notably the chicken-on-a-stick appetizer, and the standards taste good: the fried rice, the "happy family," etc.
