I have been a regular at Garcia's for many years and always order the Gutbuster pan pizza well done. The crust is buttery and yeasty, reminiscent of focaccia, with a satisfying amount of tomato sauce, though I wish there was a bit more cheese. Each bite of the Gutbuster, with its four distinct ingredients, offers a unique and flavorful experience. Despite the slightly run-down appearance of the establishment, Garcia's continues to serve up delicious and nostalgic pizza that keeps me coming back for more.
