Garrett's offers a diverse menu with delicious food made from scratch, and the atmosphere is cozy with a lovely outdoor patio in the summer. The staff, especially servers like Peter, Cary, Tayni, and Samantha, provide exceptional, friendly, and patient service that makes every visit a great experience.

Garrett's offers a diverse menu, delicious food, experienced long-term servers, a pleasant atmosphere indoors and a lovely outdoor patio in the summer, with attentive and accommodating service, although the food may take a bit longer to prepare as it is cooked from scratch, and the private room for gatherings is a great experience with organized staff and excellent service.

Love their food. It is always yummy and fresh. Staff is hands down the best in town.

I can't say enough about this place! The service is top notch and the food is something that I remember from the best restaurants in Chicago, but the prices are half of those Chicago places. Hands down Rockford's best restaurant....I love their pasta and grilled ribeye. The best!!
