During our visit to Olympia on Friday, we made our way to the Farmer's Market around midday, finding convenient free parking available. The market closes promptly at 3 pm, giving us just enough time to enjoy a delicious meal at Dingey's and browse through the market stalls, where we discovered fresh and crispy fish and chips that were truly outstanding. The service at the food booth was exceptional, and we were impressed by the honesty of the staff who corrected a tipping error on our behalf, showcasing a rare integrity that made our experience all the more memorable.
