Visiting family from California, our first meal out was at Kirby's Cafe, where the Ground Round with eggs and the Chicken Fried Steak Skillet were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. When my mother and I stopped by feeling hungry, the sausage and cheese omelet and French toast exceeded expectations, with perfectly cooked hash browns and bacon complementing the dishes. The cozy, old-time diner atmosphere adds to the experience, making it a place I'm eager to return to for another satisfying meal.
