The chicken feet terribly salty though I washed them 2 times with hot water. Not my favorite market anymore.

Extremely poor customer service!
Cashier weighs a bag of vegetable of my purchase on top of a plastic basket. I question the cashier if I will be charged for the weight of the plastic basket. First, cashier answers in a tone of annoyance that computer knows of the basket and will take off from purchase price. I check the receipt and didn't find subtraction of any kind from total. I asked again, then cashier rushed me to speak to the management. I asked same question to the lead person in charge and she exclaimed with same answer. I asked her to show me where cost is taken off on the receipt, she exclaimed with a sound of annoyance. I stood firm on my claim. Finally, lead person refunded the cost difference. Before leaving the store, I questioned the lead person of how many customers they have overcharged with addition of the basket?
I also declare to the cashier that the cost was not taken off from my purchase total. Cashier answers me that "it does take off".
PS: My purchase receipt is not returned to me. I only got the refund receipt.
