The Corrib Pub in Brighton is my go-to for a great dinner without breaking the bank. The daily specials always hit the spot, especially the Chicken Fingers and Steak Tip Salad. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing evening out.

Favorite of our family for years. Hughie Blighe and his family run a great restaurant and all of the staff are super friendly. Fran was one of our favorites. Started 25+ years ago getting the Turkey Dinner on Mondays which is enough for 2 meals! Still offering it, tons of Turkey and yummy sides like Butternut Squash, Stuffing and homemade Mashed Potatoes. Hearty meals for reasonable prices and very accommodating to substitutions. One of the few that still over a salad and rolls. Great Irish options like Chicken Curry and the Irish Breakfast or Mixed Grill. The Roast Beef Sandwich is incredible, layers of super thin meat and a toasty roll. The Buffalo Tenders are big and cooked perfectly, good meal with a side salad. We will be fans forever!

Have eaten at the corrib many times. The food is the best this side of the easkey river . The people that work there are great especially the owners wife who gives big hugs and kisses to all her customer's.
