I love visiting Colectivo Coffee; it's such a unique experience to watch the coffee being roasted right on site. The atmosphere is inviting, with plenty of seating and delicious food options like the almond croissant and their amazing breakfast sandwiches. Even though I'm usually a Starbucks fan, Colectivo has become my go-to for coffee in the area, especially when I crave something special on the weekends.
