One of the first places we checked out after B was born was the mall, because all I cared about was whether I could easily feed and change the baby there. The Westfield San Francisco Center has a cool family lounge in the basement, right by the regular bathrooms in the food court area. They've got a play area, private nursing stations, changing tables, and even a microwave for heating up stuff.
