The only reason I do not give Happy Panda a 5 star rating is because their prices are a little high. Honestly the Pork Fried Rice is some of the best I've ever had. I like their Crispy Duck and Walnut Shrimp as well. If you are in the mood for a unique dish they also have Jelly Fish and Abalone too! I will get take out, more often that not, but their restaurant is clean and satisfactory if you choose to dine in. I have spent time in Asia and have also tried many different Chinese restaurants in Sacramento. Happy Panda is in my top three for sure. You won't be disappointed but make sure you bring your wallet.
