Finally had the chance to chat with Tyson, one of the owners, who took the time to greet guests personally, showcasing his warm and friendly nature. The service during my visit for Pliny the Younger was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with the improved food quality, especially the crispy pork belly bites that were bursting with flavor. The staff at this establishment are incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating a pleasant dining experience that is further enhanced by the spotless cleanliness of the restaurant, including the well-maintained restrooms.
