Taco Azteca offers consistently good Mexican food with generous portions, authentic flavors, and attentive service, making it a reliable choice in Fairbanks. The restaurant features two dining areas: a sit-down side with chips and salsa provided, and a walk-up side where customers serve themselves beverages and condiments, both served from the same kitchen. Over many visits, I've enjoyed dishes like tamales, enchiladas, and tacos, and appreciate the friendly staff and lively atmosphere, especially during events like Cinco de Mayo.

Service was good. Food taste like it was straight out of a can. Salsa was just tomatoes. No liquor served. Overall for the price I was not satisfied and will not return. I would rather drive an extra 30 min to fairbanks.

08/16/2015 - Not worth the money
Was really disappointed. Maybe it's because my food was take out (not eaten there). But the nachos were wet and gooey, the tacos were the same and fatty. Worst $60 I've ever spent. Won't be coming back. Two stars because it's ethnic enough.
