I have not only dined at this restaurant a number of time's but was there during the construction thru it all and have seen all the work Mike put into this place and the love he has for not only making it a success but loving his customer's and taking every step to make his food outstanding. The family is another story, but Mike himself is the hardest and most learned Chef that I know.
