If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering birria tacos, look no further than Birreria Gonzalez, where every bite bursts with authentic flavor and those handmade tortillas are simply divine. I was blown away by the chilaquiles verdes topped with carnitas, and the freshly made chips took the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. Don't even get me started on the adorable cookies-those elote, concha heart, and churro designs are as creative as they are tasty, making it impossible to leave without grabbing a few!
