this place is such a bad deal the customer service is awful the older lady is highly disrespectful she has messed up my order on purpose and when I called to get the situation handled she said that the bakery wasn't for me after taking my money and making some awful cupcakes she is very rude and disrespectful I just recommend no one goes there because either you will get bad service of a bad order and that is exactly what has happened to my family.If I can show the picture of the cupcakes that were made for my mother in law for a late mother's gift it's so ridiculous what these people do to their customers.

Our go to bakery for cakes! They have never messed up. We’ve been going for 8 years. Passionfruit is the best with buttercream icing.

ordered a cake from them. it was dry as a bagel!!
took back the cake to them and they got very defensive. according to them it tasted really good.
Poor costumer service and lets not even talk about their product.

They made three mistakes with my order and where very rude and defensive when I noticed. They placed a topper even though the order stated no toys/toppers just flowers. Writing was all over the place and the cake flavor was wrong. They fixed the writing and didnt take off the topper because it would destroy the cake. But after that the party went on and the cake was delicious! I hope it was just a busy day for them, even though they could have been a lot more curtious!!!
