Food is ok portions dont compare to rose garden.only thing they got going is the egg rolls,probably wont be back

Ordered tonight for delivery. We were told 45-60 minutes for delivery. At 90 minutes called to inquire about order. Told it would be to our house in a couple minute. "Sorry we are just so busy, sorry". At 120 minutes called again and asked to talk with manager. We were told the manager just walked out the door. While taking to employee and trying to figure out where our order was we kept being told "sorry we are busy". Inquired if order got lost or forgotten and once again told "sorry, so busy and we only have one driver". When we told them we wanted to cancel our order (which had already cleared our account) the manager was now available and came to the phone. Again "sorry we are so busy, we got slammed, only one driver". When we inquired about any compensation we were told by the manager "sorry you must understand we got busy". Food arrived after 125 minutes, ICE COLD. We only live 5 minutes from the store. We will not be ordering again from here. Sorry but that is not how you treat regular (for that matter, any) customer.
