My husband and I decided to grab breakfast at Emerald's before we checked out, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The menu had a lot of options, so we were both able to find something we liked. I ordered a light egg white omelette which was flavorful and satisfying. The service was excellent, and the prices were fair for the amount of food we received.
