After years of avoiding this place due to mixed reviews, I finally decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful General Tso chicken that actually had a spicy kick to it. The food here is reminiscent of authentic Chinese cuisine found in California's San Francisco Chinatown, making it a standout option in the Groveland Clermont area. Despite not being a fan of their fried rice, I have consistently enjoyed the excellent food, fair prices, and efficient service whenever I've ordered takeout from this restaurant.

Groveland has little to offer in terms of businesses that's serve food, so the only Chinese food in town. Food is pretty good, but just learned that tips DO NOT go the employees. Hmm, sounds pretty pathetic. So the cash you put in the jar on counter and the tip you add to credit card charges go to someone other than an employees that work hard to gather your order. Really? Three stars for the food, zero for the tip thing.

The food here is okay and the probability of getting what you ordered correct is almost zero. The intellectually challenged people working the counter and phone almost certainly will get your order wrong. If you order anything different like, no onions, count on there being onions and more onions. There should be an inherent expectation that a customer does not have to open every container at the counter in order to verify that an order was produced and sold correctly. At China Kitchen, this is not the case.
