Ann's offers incredible, fresh food with a classic diner atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff that makes every visit enjoyable. The homemade chips and ranch are a standout, and the pancakes are some of the best I've ever tasted-big, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Supporting a wonderful mission while dining here adds to the experience, though I do wish they were open on weekends to make it easier to visit more often.

Ann's is a popular spot in Johnson County known for its great food and friendly service. The diner has a classic atmosphere and is located conveniently in downtown Franklin. Although they are no longer open on weekends, their delicious offerings make it worth a visit during the week.
