I was very disappointed in the service they obviously don't make certain items so therefore they don't know what's in their side items for example the potatoe salad of cole slaw and for people with allergies this is a problem. When I asked what was in the side items the cashier was very nice but the person in the kitchen area was rude and only answered I "don't know" rolled her eyes and turned around. Very unprofessional! Especially considering their prices are a little on the high end.

Moved here from Pa and wanted fresh bagels. My stepson brought me some and they are great. You made me so happy to find what I enjoy.Will get more in the future. God Bless.

Great food, freshness and quality is exceptional. Nice people, they actually talk to you and care about your food and service.

It is amazing how poor customer service has gotten in MOST retail operations. AZURA has it figured out and will be a fixture in Jasper if they can continue to improve on their business model.

I love this restaurant! Everything is quite tasty - from the bagels and muffins to the sandwiches and wraps! The staff is also incredibly friendly!

Very good bagels. The apple walnut cream cheese is awesome on the sugar and Cinnamon bagel.
