I visited Blue Bird recently and had a decent experience. The bar had a cozy, old-school vibe, and the bartender was really nice. The food was tasty and affordable, but I wish they had a bigger menu selection. I ended up enjoying some delicious homemade chili and a bottle of water for less than five bucks, which was a good deal.
