Horrible experience at their Kokomo, Indiana store. We were seated immediately and our server was prompt in taking our order of eggs over medium and a cheese omelet. Food finally arrived after about 45 minutes, with the cheese still cold and firm in the omelet. Server never offered or brought jelly for the toast. I understand staff shortage issues, but all the server had to do was inform us before placing the order that it would be a 45 minute wait so we could decide whether to try somewhere else. No consideration of the customer whatsoever, and it'll be a very long time before I enter another Bob Evans restaurant.

7pm order told 20mins it was 45mins
hash browns tasted like they had been there since breakfast and were cold
chicken and sausage were black and dry

I ate breakfast in Kokomo location this morning.
I had a over medium egg that was hard, home fries that were not like home fries and cold and two pieces of crispy bacon way past crispy and a very good biscuit!!! So, needless to say, not very satisfying! Be awhile til I go back. Waiter was nice.
