My boyfriend and I drove over an hour to get to this establishment, we we very excited to try a new place. I checked their website several times to see what their covid precautions were, nothing stating I would need a reservation, only that walk ins would be seated in 10-15 minutes. The host completely ignored us and when they did give us the time of day they were just flat out rude. The people in front of us actually had to say something for the staff to even acknowledge us. When it was our turn I can only describe the treatment we received as a complete lack of customer service and class. Instead of greeting us and explaining the situation, we were belittled and stared at while eyes were rolled in our faces, still not sure if said eyes ever came back around. The histrionics were dramatic and uncalled for. In this day and age it takes 5 minutes to update your webpage with the correct information to let your customers know what to do, if they had even explained that they had dropped the ball on updating their proceedings to dining in we would have understood. After the treatment we experienced we will never be back nor recommend this establishment to anyone besides deeply despised enemies.
