On 7/10/10 I had a bad experience. The staff was rude and the manager did not handle a situation in a professional manner. A small misunderstanding lead me to leave the store angry, without my purchase or a refund. I understand policies, I work with the public, but there are times and situations when certain policies need to be brought to the attention of the consumer especially when we are unaware. Customer satisfaction was very poor. Tried to explain the situation to the head manager today, 7/11/10, it was useless. She was talking over me and would not let me explain. In a brief conversation, come to find out ,of course, it was a different story by the employees. In all, very poor customer relation and satisfaction with a manager on staff with very little experience in satisfaction.
