I recently stopped by the Flamingo for lunch while traveling on I-70 and I was pleasantly surprised by the homemade goodness of their food. The husband and wife cooking team truly put their heart into each dish, and I could taste the difference in the scratch-made Chicken Salad sandwich I ordered. The cozy diner atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious custard pie made this pit stop a memorable one on my road trip from Ohio to Indianapolis.
