Although the soup is just average and some window blinds were dusty, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, the food stays warm with prompt refills, and the price is reasonable for what is offered.

Best Chinese food in Kokomo, IN. Not as American as most in the Midwest. Good quality and reasonable.
