This cozy little spot is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere, but the coffee and breakfast are seriously good. My go-to dish is some kind of skillet with potatoes and gravy topped with a perfectly cooked medium egg. I was so bummed when I realized I left my leftovers behind - that's how tasty it was! The friendly waitress and quick service make it the best breakfast joint around.

I stopped there on June 1, 2024 just 10 minutes or so before closing and they still served me. I had not been
there since the 70's when Charlie and Mary owned it.
Still a very nice place to stop and eat (the cheeseburger was delicious).

Half Acre is always the best!!! My cousin comes over from Ohio just to go eat there. He loves their home made sausage! I pretty much love everything on the menu. One of my favorite places to eat!!

Arrived at 5:43pm supposed to be open until 8pm. Closed at 2pm. Waste of time and $3.65 a gallon fuel.
