Same experience as last person. Messed up order. Then told me it was my fault. When asked to get owners info was told her mother and she wouldn't do anything . So rude abd unprofessional. Was a regular customer

I have been long time cust. we ordered pizza just like always, for delivery. when it arrived was made wrong and cold. called and talked to mgr. he stated he would remake and send right out. 11/2 hours later pizza arrived was wrong again. called back talked to mgr. he stated that was how it was ordered and he read of the order. the order was correct but the pizza was wrong. then he stated that oh he made a mistake, the pizza was made right he read the order wrong. when i asked to speak to the owner he stated that was his mother and she wouldn't do anything either! We used to order pizza at least 1 time a week, but not any more.... please tell friends not to order from jacks pizza, they just don't care!

Dont order from here, EVER. We were loyal customers until today. The last time we ordered all three of our pizzas were wrong, burnt and with rubbery cheese. The asst manager informed us she would replace the entire order ($36.16) next time we called in. Today we called in and the manager said "we have no record and we would never say that." My grandmother said she had talked to a female manager who said she would replace the pizza. The manager then said "I can't do anything she must have lied" being an Assyrian manager myself I took the phone And ask the manager why he refused to be helpful to loyal customers "Ma'am we dont replace orders I have other customers to help" Well Jack's we hope you aren't This rude and unruly to all of your customers. Rest asure we will be telling all our friends and family about your horrible business skills and rudeness.
