Jade Garden in Valparaiso consistently impresses me with their delicious food, great service, and overall quality that surpasses other Asian restaurants in the area.

Just once. Just once! I would like to order from this location and receive the food the way I requested it. Every time I order their spicy food it comes back completely mild. literally mild. No heat at all. None. So I try to up it and ask for extra spicy, but get the same results. Mild. Uuuggghhhh!!!! A 3-year-old could eat this and not feel the effects of the spice. I'm so over this bland flavorless "Chinese food"!!!

I ordered chicken and rice soup which tasted like bland, dirty dish water. Immediately turned around and brought it back because the chicken was non-existent, and was given nothing but attitude and poor customer service. I haven't been back since.
