Jimbo's in Corydon is a beloved establishment known for its straightforward BBQ offerings, from tender pulled pork to flavorful dry rub ribs. The atmosphere at Jimbo's is a unique blend of family diner and cozy dive bar, adding to its charm. I particularly enjoy the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and highly recommend trying the fried green tomatoes when they're in season.
