The Famous Recipe chicken breast strips are hard and crunchy... something has definitely changed... tough hard to eat and manager did not care

I have always bought food at this location for lees ever since I moved to lanesville! Well let me just tell you how my night went tonight. I came into the drove through and ordered a 3 piece combo meal (famous abs all dark meat) which comes with one side! My side was wedges and I added 2 sides to that being cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy With a mtn dew to drink. The man that always is ther working (heavier set white man) repeated the first fact same thing to me.. a 3 piece combo meal (famous abs all dark meat) which comes with one side! I pull up to the window and pay and he doesn’t give me a receipt ( keep this in mind!) I leave and get home realizing I wasn’t given my wedges. I drive all the way back to lees and comely tell them what happened. This skinny dark complected girl with short brown hair says “and what was ur drink and total price!?” I said back a mtn dew and idk the total bc I wasn’t given a receipt by ur employee. She then says well nothing i can do without proof and ur arguing with a teenager.. so I said I would like to speak to a manager.. she said I am the manager.. do is aid in so sorry they choose a teenager as a manger but it’s ur problem ur employee failed to do their job.. she then said “f-ck you, gave me the middle finger and slammed the drive through window in my face! I will be contacting corporate and they do not deserve ANYONES service. and I had my kid in the car at that! So disrespectful and the company should be ashamed of themselves for hiring a teenager as the manager if she was really even the manager!
