Yes i give them a terrible rating!! Was so excited to try this resteraunt out but it had to be the worst place i
have ever tried to go and enjoy a meal at. Yes that is right only tried to eat there. I understand that it is Friday night and every place in town is very busy, but when you check in at 6 oclock and they tell you a 40 minute wait that is not unheard of but when that 40 starts turning into 70 and the place is packed and they have told you for the last 10 minutes they are "trying" to get your table ready that is ridiculous. We spoke to the supposed manager who was the most unprofessional person i have ever seen. Only argued that they were doing their best and not being very customer friendly at all.While we were patiently waiting and looking around i noticed that the bar area was very very small to even attempt to even try to go wait there. They were obviously very understaffed and i also noticed all the empty booths and wondered why they werent seating people? We had a larger party and they knew this when we called ahead and they may only have a few larger tables they rest is all booths.
Needless to say no matter how good the food is supposed to be you will lose me everytime at poor and i mean extremely poor customer service. South Street Smokehouse won out today. Very delicious food!!!

I did the carry out and I must say, It wasn't want I expected from a top of the line steak house. I ordered the Prime Rib which was not seasoned at all! The vegetables were supposed to be steamed but they were very crunchy. The only thing I can say I enjoyed was my creamed spinach and my appetizer. Also, I ordered mushroom and onions on my steak which they didn't put on the steak and when I called back to let them know the manager said, "I could come all the way back out there to get them because I wasn't charged for them." Well I didn't go of course! I feel even if I wasn't charged, why not put the same time and effort into getting my food right as they would if I was eating in house. I just felt very pushed to the side. In retrospect, I will never eat here again. I know they just opened, but customer service is everything to me!
