The restaurant consistently delivers delicious meals and excellent service. It's convenient to dine in and quick to leave. The food is freshly prepared and consistently served hot.

Worst experience ever!! My worst restaurant experience in 48 years was at Lynn's in Roann Indiana . We live in Denver and placed an order to go . Our mistake was not checking the order before we left . When we got home half our order was missing . Called and explained the situation and instead of an apology we got rudeness but they did offer to give us what we were missing . So we made the 30 mile round trip back to pick up the missing food , still no apology. Got back home to our half order of cold food and started dishing out dinners . One of the buns on the Spanish dogs we had just picked up had a huge patch of mold on it . Now nobody wanted to eat anything after seeing that . Once again I called and instead of an apology we got this response ,"well none of the other buns here have mold on them ". They acted like they didn't believe me and stated to bring them back in . Frustrated I stated that I wasn't going to make another 30 mile round trip to go there a third time . They said "ok" and hung up .Again no apology just treated me like I was a problem customer trying to get something for free . I work hard for my money and just wanted what I paid for. Didn't ask for anything extra . Worst experience ever and will never go back .

The restaurant has great food and a friendly environment !! If Jackie is not working !! I my self have left at least three times due to her attitude. I have watched at least a dozen people leave because of her attitude as soon as they walk in the door! It's almost embarrassing to take someone who has never been there before and tel them its great and she will be working with an attitude! I used to go eat once a week there now there lucky if I go once in three months ! I would have fired her or cut her hours enough to make her quit
