Very good food and service

Just ordered a BLT deluxe to go. The sandwich had two rather large pieces of the hard heel of the lettuce. You sometimes get this in a salad but I've never had this on a BLT where lettuce is one of the three main ingredients and on a small surface such as a sandwich. Disappointed.
