We ordered a med chocolate shake and got a vanilla with a small swirl of chocolate. When asked if that was chocolate it was told yes thats hpw the machine does it lol and then the cup reads as a small but he's telling me it's a medium. They have yet to get one single order right, extra pickle on a hamburger is always one single pickle. They will pull you forward to wait rhen forget your there and tell you oh well someone pushed your food out already so we had to wait another 10mins for order. Every trip to this mcdonalds is the Worst customer service ever experienced.

Waiting in drive through 30 !!! minutes just to get a tea !! Unacceptable ! Corporate, please help !

Payed $12 for a large smoothie, tropical sprite, and a double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese. What i received was disappointment. The fries were both undercooked, and didn't even peek out of the large box they were in. The burger was dry, with way too much mayonnaise and katchup, only two pickles, and a single ring of onion. It was also only a quarter pounder with a single slice of cheese. The first bite squished out the back and i lost all my toppings. I finished about a third of the burger and a small handful of fries before I tossed it back into the bag, angry. I wasted my money... Even the drink tasted like water.

Everytime I come to this restaurants drive-thru, we are asked to pull forward. All you are trying to do is pad your service window service times. Today there was 6 cars that had to pull forward. Only owners that care about their customers would address the poor poor service at this location

First visit we ordered egg McMuffin and was told to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes went inside and was told they forgot about us. Second visit ordered egg, cheese bacon biscuit. It was cold and undercooked. I have eaten Mc Donald's for 30 years from east to west coast and the Loogootee McDonalds is the worst restaurant in the U.S.

Stopped here after a long day and evening at a game...I ordered and payed for food. 25$ worth. Get home..hungry, tired. I opened my 10 piece nuggets....1 NUGGET INSIDE! Upset and Tired, I went to bed called them the next day...nothing they can do...i wont spend my time or money there ever again... and would not recommend it. This has happened before and didnt complain, the one time i did..this is what i got.
