Slow service ,!! SUNDAY morning is real Bad

The past 2 times I have been here I decided to go inside because of the backup in the drive thru. Big Mistake. I do not understand why it takes so long inside. Today I waited for 15 minutes for a ice coffee. The delay was because of the brewing. I do not believe this because the young man checked and was told it would be another couple of minutes. Then immediately a woman has my coffee. On the other hand there is a young man working there by the name of Eric. If they did not have him today it would have been a lot worse for the people inside. He deserves a raise.
