Every experience I have had here was terrible they never get orders right and you always have to wait long periods of time for whatever you get and the people on third shift are rude especially the manager

I am writing in regards to saturday the24th of april.. my family and I was in the play area and we had to move 3 times because of a birthday party.. the play room was packed with other family's and kids and there was no tables.. we have been there for 2 hours before they came and said that we had to move twice. If someone is having a birthday party then you should put the reseve on the table that day of the party not 10 min before the party starts.. This is very disrepectful to the customers that pay money there too.
