The worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. The general manager yells at her employees right in front of all the customers. She uses foul language and doesn't treat anyone with respect. The food is horrible. The employees don't know how to do their jobs. I would not recommened going there.

I am in Versailles, IN at least once a week. I have eaten at the Versailles McDonald s numerous times over the years. In the past few months I have seen it going way downhill, especially the last two times I have eaten there. Today was one of those visits 9/9/12, with my daughter and 5 of my grandchildren. I wouldn t have eaten there today but the kids wanted to. First off it was fiflty and I say that literally. The floors were dirty, the tables were not wiped off from previous customers, the soda area had water, coke and someones hamburger wrapper and straw papers all over it. The ketchup dispenser was empty and I ask an employee if he could fill it and he told me he didn t know how and so he ask another guy and he said he didn t know how to either. I must say he did try because the whole bag of ketchup was spilled all over the floor and he was scraping it up with a piece of cardboard and putting it in a bucket. My daughter went to take my grandson to the restroom and a customer told her not to take him in the bigger stall because it wasn t fit. Then we FINALLY get our food, my bun was stale on my chicken sandwich and my fries were cold as were the kids food also,but I wasn t going to wait another 15 min. or more for new food. I don t know if this store has changed owership but whoever is over it needs to make a surprise visit on the weekends and just check it out. In years past you could have eaten off the floor when they had an attendant who took pride in their work. I must say that the employees appearance is just as bad so how can you take pride in a place you work if you don t take pride in how you look.
