I've dined at both Michael's locations - the one on Bristol Street and the one on Harrison Street. While the Bristol Street restaurant seemed to struggle, the one on Harrison offered a wider variety of dining options and had a more bustling atmosphere. The lasagna at the Harrison location is still unmatched in town, although I was a bit disappointed they now charge for their popular crackers and cheese.

First time ordered there...and last...what a disappointment
It was edible is the best I can say. The crust was burned all the way around the 1 pizza. The flavor was nothing special. Not sure why so many say it is great food. I was very disappointed...almost $35 for 2 pizzas....

If you don't mind waiting for a beer or bread or a waitress for well over an hour and you have cash to pay at the end..really good food.
They need to update their online menu because the prices are more than doubled for some things such as their cheese! We had 6pm reservations , finally served after 9pm. I will not be back.
