When you call to order you get somebody from an outsource like India. I tried ordering on my phone it said "success " but when I went to pick it up the order didn't go through.

At or about 7:05PM on September 18,2020 ,dark sedan with Papa John's logo was seen at the end of the Pennsylvania Ave, La Porte,In( dead ended street).
According to surveillance no transaction or delivery performed were seen.
The location very recently is a subject to suspected activities,including possibility of targeting , drugs related activities can not be ruled out.
