Poorest experience I have had in a long time first of all I ordered sweet tea it was un drinkable sent it back and the food was absolutely disgusting way over priced sixty dollars for two salads and a salmon dinner that was uneatable I will never recommend and I will never be back

Poor Service, Waitress took our order. Asked For Fish & Chips with Salad Bar & 12oz Rib Eye with loaded Baked Potato. Wife ask for extra, extra tarter sauce and I ask for A-1 when the food arrived. Food came, waited 10 more minutes for sour cream, another soda & water, butter, A-1 and the extra tarter sauce. To make matters worse, the waitress came and told us we would have a different server because she was leaving and my wife was still waiting for the tarter sauce, I was still waiting for the A-1 sauce. This is the second time this has happened. There is no 3 strike rule - YOUR OUT

sunday 3/26/17, ordered 2 starters, took 25 min to get our food. chicken strips they called boneless wings were over cooked, potatoe skins loaded were old and tough. salad bar looked good but we didn't need it. should have gotten it instead. one BIG cup of coffee that went cold half way thru meal and no offer to refresh it. we wanted this to be good so we could come back again but that wont happen.

We were excited about the opportunity to check out the new Pappas (Steakhouse) which recently opened at the old Hobby's location. Within minutes of arriving we started to experience poor service, even though we had a toddler with us, there was no offer of any coloring paper (even though we saw them when we left), we were escorted to our table with no silverware or napkins, there was no offer of any water. Since the restaurant was promoting itself as a "Steakhouse" on their exterior signage, I ordered the 12 oz ribeye (medium). My wife ordered a chicken wrap. It took almost 30 minutes for the food to arrive (on small plates). My 12 oz Ribeye steak was over cooked and clearly not 12 oz, more like 6-8 oz. The steak came with a baked potato...that is it! A small overcooked Ribeye and a baked potato for $17.95!!!! NO vegetables, no other sides, just a small steak and potato for $17.95? Are you kidding me? It gets worse, my wife's chicken wrap was stale and tasteless so she couldn't eat her dinner. We had to frequently remind the server for steak sauce so that the dried out steak was palatable. The server "kept forgetting". When my wife explained to the server that she could not eat the wrap, the server said she would take it off the bill...15 minutes later, the server walked by and threw the receipt on our table with a passing comment.."its off your bill", no apologies, she just threw the receipt onto the table. The quality of food was terrible and service even worse... We won't ever go back and will have no problem sharing with everyone our experience....

I've always had good experience with the waitresses especially one girl Amy she always smiles&is very polite

get rid of the manager. she has zero personality
and keeps the workers ticked off. the food is good but the waitresses are obviously upset with the manager. the owners are nice but don't have a clue about the inept manager
