My experiences at this pizza location have always been positive, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts as a former restaurant manager. Contrary to another review I read, receiving a free meal for a hair in cheese sauce is unreasonable; I believe a free pizza should only be offered for more serious issues. The manager here is attentive and accommodating, as demonstrated when he promptly corrected my order and even gave me the wrong pizza, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
