Wow! Can't believe the service I received at Pizza King. I went and picked up a bbq pepperoni pizza. Got it home and couldn't taste any bbq. I called them and told them I think they forgot the bbq sauce on my pizza. The girl hands the phone to the manager who tells me she made the pizza and it is on there. She told me to bring it back and if I can show her it is not on there she will remake it if not there was nothing she would do. I go down there she is smirking as I walk in the door. They all huddle around the pizza agreeing there is bbq on it. I pull pack the cheese and tell her to show me, she says well look at these spots right here. I said ok what about the rest of it. She said well its on there I'm not making another one. I said you are not interested in making the customer happy over a $12 pizza? I told her I couldn't believe how petty she was being as I am a regular customer. I was told then I should know what to expect, I replied w/ how miserable you must be that you can't take criticism on a pizza. One of the young girls working said well don't come back. I think I will take her advice. I just couldn't believe how crappy the manager was. Lost a long time customer tonight. smh
